Tournament Information


Please check your email associated with your SARC membership for details. 

Registration for non-members will be available on Saturday morning.  Remember, this year there is a lottery to get into the tournament for non-members.  Just make sure you are registered by Wed, 2/12/20.

Field:  Registration will be limited to 160 participants.  You can only play in 1 draw.  Springdale Members will have the 1st opportunity to register. Registration will open in early Feb (stay tuned). Then all other entries will go into a lottery for potential selection into the tournament.  If selected for the tournament, payment will be due immediately.

Entry fee into the tournament is $60 per player.

{If you and your partner are not available for all days of the tournament, then please do not register.  Special accommodations for match day/times will not be made!}

Format: Best 2-out-of 3 Sets*, third set will be a 10-point tie-break, Coman tie-break rules apply.

Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your scheduled match time!  

Please adhere to our 5 Minute Warm-up rule as we are on a very tight schedule.

Registration and Match Check-In Info:

The registration desk will be under the pool pavilion beside the bathrooms (where the player party is held).  You may register and pick up your registration packet at anytime prior to your first match (the week of the tournament). 

Match check-in will be held at the tennis gazebo located just in front of court 2.  Please arrive at least 15 min prior to your scheduled match time and check-in with the tournament staff to get your court assignment and balls.  You will be penalized games based on the tournament directors discretion if you are late to your match. 

Tournament Schedule

Beer and Wine will be provided throughout the tournament.  Water Bottles will be available at all times during the tournament (There are no on-court water coolers at Springdale)

Donuts, Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be available.

Saturday lunch provided for all players.  Deli Sandwiches, Chips, and Cookies will be available starting at ~Noon.

PLAYERS PARTY:  7:30 pm Saturday night. Party will be held at Springdale with a catered dinner provided.  Beer and Wine will be provided. Guests who have not prepaid can attend the social for $15.

Raffle prizes/drawings: Each player and paid guest will be provided one raffle ticket each as you enter the players party.  Extra raffle tickets can be purchased on Saturday evening. (Must be present to win)

SILENT AUCTION:  Several silent auction items will be available for bidding throughout the weekend and awarded on Sunday night (Do not have to be present to win)

Donuts, Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be available.

Portable Heaters and Bonfires will help us battle the cold.  Music will also be playing each day.  This is a TENNIS PARTY TOURNAMENT!

AWARDS/PRIZES will be awarded to all Main Draw & Consolation Winners.
