Springdale is a swim and tennis club located in North Raleigh offering outdoor recreation and social activities for the entire family. We welcome you to come see all that Springdale has to offer. Your family will enjoy tennis and pool facilities, top notch swim and tennis programs, and nonstop social and recreational events. Swim Team

The Springdale Area Recreation Club swim team program is a competitive and fun team for children 4 to 18 years of age. There are no try-outs for swimmers interested in swimming on the team. The only requirement is that the child is able to swim 15 yards without assistance for safety reasons.

Play tennis year round at Springdale!

Our beautiful grounds boast 6 lighted hard surface tennis courts. Springdale provides tennis programs, private lessons, clinics and team competition for all levels. From our youth teams to adult leagues, there is tennis fun for the whole family.

Sand Volleyball

Raleigh's top spot for authentic beach volleyball. We have two sand volleyball courts with volleyball socials throughout the year. In August, we are the home of The Growler.
