Once your order is processed, you will be sent a follow up email with instructions to complete the application for Membership. Returning members - check your email for information on re-joining. To join Springdale there is a one-time initiation fee of $2100 plus the 2025 annual $950 membership fee for a Family Membership, $725 for a Couples Membership or $550 for an Individual Membership (fees are subject to change) New Family Membership - $3050 New Couples Membership - $2,825 New Individual Membership - $2650 Please note that a 3% service charge is added if paying by credit card
